The growing impacts of COVID-19 has made it even more clear that everyone needs access to immediate and quality care. Local health providers are already financially challenged to provide local services. We can’t afford to erode their funding.
Our schools are the hearts of our communities and lay the foundation for the future success of our children. We must keep them well funded and safe.
Agriculture & Business
Trade wars and tariffs are unsettling generations of ranchers, farmers, and small town businesses. Folks need time to plan ahead and be assured of markets. I know how important stability is for you and I will act in your best interest.

Rural areas like ours will continue to face huge bills for water and sewer upgrades as well as road and bridge repairs. I will make sure we get our fair share of available funds.
A significant portion of our rural population have lost access to programs when funding was cut during the last legislative sessions. Not only did we lose services, but we lost jobs and neighbors. I vow to support efforts to reverse this.
I am “home grown” in Red Lodge, a daughter of a minister and a school teacher, a wife of 44 years, and mother of two grown children. As a former city council representative and mayor of Red Lodge, I am familiar with government budgets and the need to respect fiscal restraints while prioritizing public needs.
